Green tea and mint for belly fat
Things you need:
- 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves
- 6-7 mint leaves
- 1 cup of hot water
Take a deep-bottomed saucepan and add a cup of water and the mint leaves and bring to a boil.
Let it boil for 5 more minutes.
Now, add the green tea leaves and let them steep for 5 minutes.
With the help of a strainer, strain and pour the boiled water into a cup of tea. Stir this drink to lose weight before consuming it.
